We spent the first half of class photographing our two "models" and working on our portrait skills.
Be sure and bring some examples of your results to a futurte class to share. If you were not at class, read the portrait pages in the TIPS section of this site.
We spent the second half of class looking at photographic filters in detail. A review can be found in the Filters Lite article at this site. This is a short version of the written handout.
As the weather warms and changes, look for opportunities to practice Jewel Box Lighting.
The first Monday evening the weather cooperates, we will go outside together and practice around the Art Institute and Bronson Park.
