Two Rocks two rocks stand in the desert two shapes move against the lightening sky. the two rocks see the day come keep the heat while the day flees, rain graces the night once a year only a few will brave the shadows the world throws up the two rocks lean close, watch the night the eastern sky brings a light two rocks sit in the fleeting dawn |
