Multi-Photo Prints You can put multiple (different) photos on a single page print but there are practical size limitations. On one page of 8.5x11 inch paper, you can put from one to four photos depending on the size. Common options are one 8x10, two 5x7s, four 3x5s, and one 5x7 plus two 3x5s. The photos will be on a white background and the photos can be left together as a multi-photo print*, or cut apart into separate prints. You can put more than four photos on one page but they will look pretty small. You can also overlap photos in a montage (below). *A mixture of horizontal and vertical photos might limit the number you can get on one page. On 13x19 inch paper you can put one 12x18 inch photo up to as many as eight 3x5s.
If you want a montage of overlapping photos, it is best to diagram a "paper print" mock-up at the actual size of the final photo print. Draw a rectangle at the same dimensions as the final print. Cut out pieces of paper at the size of each individual photo and label them. Lay them out on your " paper print" and arrange them. Decide which photos will be on top where they overlap. When you like the arrangement, trace around the individual photo rectangles on your paper print. Be sure and indicate which photos are "on top" where they overlap. Label each individual photo rectangle with both a description (i.e. "teen with phone") and its four digit ID number. If you want text, draw it on your paper print at the approximate size you want. Send the final paper print mock-up to me. There is a one time setup charge for complex montages.
