One of the great places to do photography in Wisconsin is to head north to Bayfield. Be down at the lakeshore for sunrise. As you can see, it was a splendid morning the day I was there. Bayfield is the jumping off place for tours of the Apostle Islands. Take the longest tour your time will afford and try to get to the outer islands. Be sure to stop and eat at Greunke's First Street Inn. Port Superior Condominiums, just a few miles out of town, is a nice place to spend the night (715-779-5123). |
